Please note again that stair climbing is required to reach both condos. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW Both condos are on the second floor and require stairs. The condos are side by side but are separate units with separate entrance doors. This is a residential condominium community with neighbors nearby. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours must be observed, particularly in the upstairs game areas. The maximum occupancy is 22 guests. Smoking is not permitted inside either condo. The reservation includes both condos; they are not shared with other guests.
